THIS WAS DONE AS PART OF A TUTORIAL! I'd highly recommend, a lot in here about working with all aspects of 3ds, especially UVW Unwrapping. [link]

The above depicts the model as textured, and also in wireframe minus the turbo-smooth. It includes all textures and materials used to attain the look above. Rendered in 3ds using Vray.

Lantern: Tutorial Result by =foxgguy2001 Suggester Says: When I first saw this piece, I didn't believe it was a 3-D image. It's so well executed and rendered that it looks real and I had to ask him if it was a photograph or not. It's a fantastic piece that I can see being used many, many times.
