THIS WAS INSPIRED AS PART OF A TUTORIAL! I'd decided to watch the tutorial first, and then attempt to create an original version, inspired by the initial design, but branching off in my own direction to be more original. [link]

:pointr::pointr: The above depicts the model as textured, and also in wireframe including some turbo-smooth. It includes all textures and materials used to attain the look above. Rendered in 3ds using Vray.
